Keeping a Wealth Journal

Staying on track with your plan to create wealth can be difficult with all the distractions in today’s world. It is tempting to stray off course if your portfolio begins to lose value. Keeping a wealth journal is a great way to help keep the ball rolling in the right direction. You need to determine your tolerance for risk and a time frame within which you plan to achieve your goals before you ever get started. The best place to begin is with your wealth journal.

It is important to keep up with the way you feel about money the whole time you are working to create wealth. Your wealth journal will provide you with a way to manage these feelings in a private place where you can explore your thoughts and goals.

Your wealth journal does not have to be anything fancy; a plain notebook will work just fine. Jotting down your thoughts on a regular basis is the best way to escape from the stress of building your dreams. Over time, you will be able to see how changes in the market affect you emotionally as well as financially.

In addition, within the pages of your wealth creation journal you will be able to write summaries of the goals that you have for each of your investments. You will be able to zero in on asset allocation and everything else related to investing. Your wealth journal will work as a profile that you will be able to share with other investors that you meet along the way to financial freedom.

Your financial parameters and goals are in place and ready to put into action. You need to review your goals every day, especially if you want to become a serious investor. Writing in a wealth creation journal is the best way to keep these things fresh on your mind so you are able to stay on track to making your financial dreams come true.

    Hi Sean

I when I started my wealth creation and I had no idea that having a journal to show how I create wealth, would be important.

In fact I have never had a journal of any sort, now I have one showing my wealth creation, that helps to keep me on track.

I also have a notes in word documents, showing how I am improving, these I look at to see how much I have achieved
