‘Sacrifice’ To Attract Wealth

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

Not everything we give up is really a sacrifice, as we talked about last time. Sometimes in life those ‘sacrifices’ are the best possible things that could happen for us. The benefits to giving up on fruitless efforts are huge, in more ways than you might have considered.

Always On Law Of Attraction

Just like the Internet, the Law of Attraction is an ‘always on’ force. It never stops working for you; it never stops attracting to you that which you put out into the world. Properly utilised, the Secret has the potential to be a hugely beneficial force for you. On the other hand, if you don’t pay attention to what you are attracting to you, it could also easily become one of the most destructive forces in your life.

Just to refresh, we attract to us the same things we put out into the world. If you put out stress, negativity, doubt, and need, you will get all of those things back to you. If you replace those thoughts and feelings with positivity, determination, motivation, wealth, action, and positive effort, those are the things that will come back to you.

Put in this perspective, you now need to consider that any negative or wasteful things that you give up are not sacrifices at all—they are more like culls in the herd of positive things that can work for you and attract wealth. By culling out those negative forces, you make room for the positives and open the space for the Law of Attraction to work positively for you.

As humans we tend not to like change, and so whenever we need to give something up we think of it as a sacrifice. Often, that is not really the case at all. Often we are just making room for positive replacements and improvements, and each time we do that we open up infinitely more possibilities than if we lived with the status quo.

Sensory Overload

Sunday, June 28th, 2009

There are two reasons why it is important to sort through the noise of life and outsiders and selectively absorb only that which is useful to you. (Actually there are probably more, I’m sure, but two that I’m going to focus on today.)

Reason # 1 – Who Needs More Negative?

The first reason is this, and it’s a big one. The Law of Attraction tells us (and even if you don’t subscribe to the Secret, you can agree with this) that negativity breeds negativity. When you allow your life to be bombarded with negative talk and actions, when you allow yourself to absorb the negativity that other people will most assuredly offer up, you fill up all the space in your life with useless, and worse, harmful negativity. That negativity attracts and grows more negativity, and pretty soon there is no room left for anything positive in your life. There’s a simple solution to this, though—stop allowing negativity to impact your life! Select for the good, the supportive, the prosperous, and the positive. Let that be your breeding ground for success.

Reason # 2- Enough Already!

no-hand1This is the second point, and I alluded to it in the last ‘reason’.

As humans we can only take so much. We are capable of a lot, but there is only so much that our minds, bodies, and senses can take in before our protection mechanisms say, “Enough!” Our senses and minds can very easily become overloaded if we pay too much attention and credit to outside influences. And you do not want your natural breaking point to come at a time when there is only negativity in your life.

Even the best of influences can overload us. This is why it is important to carefully balance what you take in. Be selective and fill your space with positive learning and action. Don’t leave any room for the negative. Push out the negative by only focusing on the positive, and make sure that the positives that you select for are in-line with your wealth vision, actions, and goals.

Focus is a very important part of achieving any goal. It is the path to efficient wealth-building and a contented life. Don’t fall victim to sensory overload; weed out the noise and attend only to what you decide is in your best interests for wealth creation and financial freedom.

Showing Up Is Half The Battle!

Saturday, April 25th, 2009

Motivation is key in wealth creation success. To achieve financial prosperity, you have to take a series of wealthy actions. It’s a process that progresses over time, and one that requires ongoing motivation to stay committed, continue acting, and continue to achieve all your wealth goals. That is why so many posts here are devoted to motivating you and helping you stay the course to financial prosperity (which is, in reality, life prosperity—wealth is your key to freedom and a fulfilling life!).

Life In The Real World

Real Life InspirationAll of this being said, in the real world you will have days when you are less motivated to take those wealthy actions; you may be feeling overwhelmed, or discouraged by a perceived lack of progress, or just plain tired. On those days, it helps if you can make just the small commitment to sit down and attend to what needs doing—to some small action that can get the ball started.

Most of the time showing up is half the battle. If you can get yourself that far, and break out of that rut you’ve been left in, then you will be motivated to keep moving and keep acting and keep on achieving.

Action Begets Action

Just as money is attracted to money, wealth attracted to wealth, and positivity attracted to positivity (yes, we’re talking the Secret Law of Attraction here), action attracts more action. Once you get started it is so much easier to keep going. It probably will not even feel like the chore you thought it would be, and you’ll probably be intrinsically motivated to continue on.

And so, for those times when inspiration and motivation is just a little harder to come by, commit to just showing up and doing something. That simple dedication and action will get you the start you need for the days when that motivation is just a little harder to come by. Soon enough, all that dedication will add up to be a very considerable force of wealth creation and achieved success.

Living Your Passion And Making Money Doing It!

Saturday, March 28th, 2009

Living your passion really is an integral part of being successful and creating wealth. Real wealth creation is all about being true to yourself, and prioritizing you. As we’ve discussed in past posts, this doesn’t make you a selfish person (as is the fear that a lot of people have), but simply enables you to make the best of yourself, so that you can give your best to others.

As we talked about last time, what becomes difficult for people is that they feel they need to make a choice between living their passion and making money. It feels like an either/or proposition, when it really should be a winning combination. Find a way to live your passion AND make money at the same time—doing that, you’ll have an unstoppable wealth-creating powerhouse!

Unlimited Possibilities For Passion And Wealth

This is the point where people start saying, “Sure, easy enough to say. But can it really be done?!”

It can. However, it takes work to get it there. Another elemental factor is developing the mindset, positivity, and confidence to know that it is possible to combine both wealth and passion. That in itself will set you well on your way to harnessing the secret Law of Attraction, building positivity upon positivity, and wealth upon wealth. But to put it in even more solid terms (because I know as humans we need that proof!), let’s take a look at a few possibilities.

Modern Technology Makes Combination Easy

The wonder that is the Internet has made simple work of combining passion and profitability. No matter what your passion is, what your goal is, what your dream career or lifestyle is, there is someone else (many someone elses) who share that passion. The Internet is buzzing every day with people searching for information and products for their passions and interests. So even if your primary passion is not necessarily a big “money maker” in and of itself, you can pair that passion with a secondary service—such as marketing goods and products, affiliating with support services and companies, or simply being an informational resource (which you then use a monetization method to support, such as advertising, sponsorships, leads, etc.). What we’re talking here is internet marketing, primarily.

This is really only one example of how you can both make money and live your passion. It is not, by far, the only opportunity. But it does stand as proof that the possibilities are out there, along with countless others. What you are sure to find, though, is that no matter what route you take to turn your passion into a money-maker, when you are true to your passion, and commit to taking action and living genuinely, the rest will start to fall into place.
