Effectively Attract More Money

Monday, November 9th, 2009

If you have been studying ways to build wealth, then you have most likely heard of the Laws of Attraction. More often than not, the thing that people want to attract most in their lives is wealth to be financially free. Once they harness how to attract money, people tend to long for happiness, romance, material goods and more, which is all possible, if you know where to begin.

Share The Wealth

As silly as it may sound, if you want to make money, give some money away. In fact, the more you give, the more you will get. It is not uncommon for the wealthiest people in the world to donate at least ten percent of their money when they feel inspired. This concept goes all the way back to the Bible.

Be Positive About Creating Wealth

Many people have ideas firmly stuck in their heads that get in the way of attracting money, such as:

• Only rich people can make millions
• Making money is hard to do
• Not everyone deserves to be wealthy

You cannot allow yourself to have such thoughts if you truly want to create wealth. By choosing to believe that you do deserve to make money and you have what it takes to do it, you are in control of your financial freedom.

Get Moving

The planet is covered in people who have ideas about making money, but never take the initiative to do anything about it. Sometimes miracles do happen and people win the lottery or inherit a fortune, but the majority of the time, if you want results you have to put forth diligent effort. The information on ways to make more money is out there just waiting for you to come along and find it. You only need one idea to head you in the direction of making millions. You just need to put that idea into motion if you want to succeed.

On Confidence

Monday, July 27th, 2009

Confidence. When it really comes down to it, it is something that many people lack, yet fail also to see that they are lacking. It is also imperative to building your own success.

Characteristics Of The Wealthy

One of the biggest reasons that people do not succeed and create wealth is that they live in fear. The working life may be one of drudgery, but it is stable and predictable and reliable (or is it?); at least we think that it is. At the very least, we know that we can manage this life, because it’s what we’ve been doing for all of ours.

If you look at a cross section of wealthy people, you’ll find that they all share certain traits and characteristics among them. Chief among those is confidence. Successful people at some point in their lives were seated with a deep sense of confidence in themselves and their abilities, and it is that that they fell back on and continued to compel them to wealth and true, fulfilled, living. Maybe it is something that they always had, and maybe not. But if you will succeed in creating wealth—and you will—you need to develop that sense of confidence and belief in yourself.

Confidence In….

You need to have confidence in yourself so that you can know, without question, that the plans and strategies and actions you take will succeed. You need to believe in them. If you don’t, at some point you will be challenged, and your weakness will prevail, and you will once again resign yourself to the “easier” more known life that you have been living. And you will continue in that rut as the vast majority of people do.

I know this sounds harsh, but it is the truth. You will meet plenty of people along your path who don’t believe in you or in the ability of a regular guy or girl to make money and be wealthy. Don’t be one of them—be your own best champion!

It is absolutely the truth that not everything you do will always go your way. That is just life. We all have setbacks, and even some things that don’t work out exactly as planned. Every successful man or woman has had that experience more than once. If you also have confidence, though, you’ll know that you can get through those times and regroup, and have enough successes that the “failures” (a poor word choice, but….) will be seriously minimized.

Only You Can Limit Your Options

Friday, March 27th, 2009

Your life is no accident; we’ve clarified that now. Your life is an actionable path that can take you wherever you guide it. Now that you know that, you should feel empowered and in control of your future financial security and wealth development. You should also feel excited—because along with guidance comes choices, and choices mean options—very exciting ones if you let them be!

Real Life Options

Among the biggest hold-backs for people is that they do not pursue their passions and live their true lives. They are not true to themselves, and so often their efforts will be uninspired and minimally effective. One of the reasons that happens is that people think that life comes down to a choice between one of two things: passion or money.

Think about this. How many people are stuck in dead-end jobs, or running the treadmill that is life’s rat race, because they need to make money? How many people sit day in and day out, waiting for the clock to strike so they can go home, have a few hours of freedom, and pursue their real passions, at least until it is time to get up and do it all over again? A great many people are doing just this, making a choice to make money instead of living their passion.

To be clear, I do not dispute the fact that you need to make money in order to live freely. Money is the tool of the modern age—it’s what allows you the freedom to live your life and passions. BUT you do not have to choose between the two. There are many ways to combine these efforts. When you do, you find that you are a twice-empowered person who is motivated and inspired to succeed.

Passion Or Money Is Not The Question

Too many people live life thinking that they have to decide between one or the other, passion or money. The best life is not a choice between these two at all, but a combination of it.

In future posts we’ll explore this further and look at some ways that passion and money can work in tandem. Until then, consider that your life is not a compromise, and start thinking of how you can build wealth by building the strongest foundation upon these two.

Wealth Is Not Accidental

Thursday, March 26th, 2009

People in all circumstances will often say that they came to their current state—be it wealth, poverty, or something in between—by some accidental course. Call it fate, luck, or other intervention, many people will say this. In many ways, this is just another form of an excuse. The truth of the matter is, though, that wealth and financial freedom is never accidental.

What Action Brought You Here?

Wherever you are, however you got here, and wherever you are going, some action precipitated that path. It may have been something as simple as the decision to click on a link to a wealth creation website, or an article, or a book about creating wealth on Amazon…or any other number of things. But somewhere, that action took place, and led you here—not just to this blog, but to the point in life that has you here reading, thinking, and changing (or at least considering changing) your life. To go even deeper, the circumstances that led to your interest in wanting to find wealth and financial freedom were not accidental, either. Your life, everything up to this point, is the result of all the cumulative thoughts and actions you have had up until now.

From This Point Forward

Does it matter what brought you here? Isn’t the important thing that you are here, learning to develop your mindset and succeed? Isn’t that what matters and not the path that got you here?

Yes and no. It is true that the most important thing is that you are here, and you are ready to take control of your life (or you are open to it, and ready to let this community help you get ready to take control of your money and wealth!). On the other hand, it does matter how you got here, for two simple reasons.

At some point, that past path, while we will not dwell and live in the financial past, will need reflection so as to plan, overcome it, and move forward to bigger and better wealth and living. But also it matters that you at least recognize that your life is not an accident, but a series of actions and events. When you start looking at life as purposeful and actionable, then you start to take more actions, and plan those actions with more care and focus. That level of attention is what will inspire you to make more of your life from this point forward, and to live with the action and purpose that you and your life deserve.

Wealth And Snowballs

Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008

There is a concept going around debt reduction circles referred to as the “Snowball” method of eliminating debt. It’s proven to be a highly effective way to eliminate debt over time, and is just as applicable to wealth creation. It works seamlessly along with the concept of the Law of Attraction as well, making it all the more effective for whatever purpose you are applying it to.

Conceptualizing The Wealth Snowball

The debt snowball is not a difficult concept—it is a method that has you start with your smallest debts, pay them off on a manageable (but still focused) schedule, and then apply that freed money to larger debts. Eventually the effort accumulates to become very large and effective. The added advantage to this—and the reason it works so well for so many—is that there is a relatively quick result because you start with something small. So you see the result of your actions and efforts sooner, and that helps stimulate you psychologically to move on and succeed further.

This same concept is applicable to creating wealth; by starting with small goals (but always with a larger goal in mind) that you can meet fairly quickly, you give yourself that mental boost and see results faster. And the added benefit to it is that the success you find and the positivity you create attract more success and positivity—harnessing the power of the Law of Attraction, too.

Working Your Way From In-Debtedness To Wealth

Whether you are in debt or not, you can easily apply this concept to creating wealth. If you are in debt you can start to eliminate it, and once there apply that money to investing and creating wealth. Better still you can devote a portion of your money to creating your wealth snowball even as you snowball your way out of debt.

Starting small is something that many people need to do as they create wealth. Wealth doesn’t happen overnight, it happens over time as you improve all aspects of your mindset and life. The cumulative effect of building wealth is a force to be reckoned with indeed.
