Create Wealth Now

Sunday, November 29th, 2009

Many people in recent years have fallen victim to the instability of the global economy. A great number of people these days are left without a job or regular income, and searching for any way they can find to create wealth as soon as possible. Many people affected by the troubled economy are falling for the many schemes out there that claim you can get rich quick.

The people of the world are no stranger to the scams that are in abundance offering the secret to creating wealth fast. The fact of the matter is that it is impossible to gain incredible wealth with such speed unless you win the lottery or gain a substantial inheritance. Either instance is not commonplace for most people who seek financial freedom.

Many people around the world are all in the same situation. These people are desperate and looking to make money as fast as possible. Fortunately, a few different ways for you can make money are available, so not to worry. Online is one of the best ways to get started creating wealth.

Buying and selling products and services over the Internet have proven to be quite lucrative for a number of people seeking instant wealth. Online auctions such as eBay are a great place to start. You can also find great success using other sites such as Craigslist as well. Simple go to Google and type, “buy and sell online” into the search query for more helpful information.

Incentive sites are also a good way to make a little extra cash. You can be paid for signing up to try products or simply entering your email into a website. Sites such as these that pay in dollars are better than those that pay in cents, but both are effective ways to earn money instantly and continue to earn money for a long time to come.

Inspiration Requires No Motivation

Inspiration requires not motivation.

I recently talked about this as part of my life story at my blog at SeanRasmussen.com. The topic was leaving my rat-race job and giving up a paid slavery position to pursue wealth and enjoy real financial freedom. What I found when I did that was that the new path to money and wealth that I’d chosen was much more motivating all by itself than anything else I’d done. Why? Because I was inspired.

Fighting Against The Tide

seaside-exerciseWhen you are not inspired by your work and your life you are constantly fighting against it. Everything you do is tiring, because everything you do requires loads more effort than it should—and usually all of that just to convince yourself to keep moving and doing. Just waking up in the morning is an effort, because you know that as soon as your feet hit the floor it’s time to start that treadmill that has become your life.

On the other when you are inspired by your choices, your goals, and your path, life is suddenly filled with energy. You need no convincing, because your life, progress, and success (even if that success is still imminent) is motivation all by itself. You do not require outside motivation or mind games to keep moving. Your inspiration is your motivation.

Live Free Or Die

My hope in discussing this today is to motivate you all to inspire yourself, and let that inspiration be your motivation. Think how much better your life would be if you were self-motivated just because you were doing something that you loved and enjoyed, or just because you were building wealth that would free your time, energy, and life. This is my wish for each and every one of you.

My wish is that you will find the intrinsic inspiration to build wealth and live freely. My wish is that you do not become one of the statistics, letting the rat race break you down until you are dead or broke. My wish is that you are inspired to make the best of life for you and yours, and enjoy every minute of it.

Going Public With Your Goals

Tuesday, January 13th, 2009

We’ve talked about this in the past, but this time of year is always a good time for a reminder.

One of the things I always encourage people to do when they are setting goals and working to achieve something (like wealth!) is to go public with your goals. I’ve done this myself on my success communication blog, and it really does have a strong impact.

I’ll Hold You To It

There are a few reasons why going public with your goals works to help you reach them.

• First, you build in a level of accountability. Suddenly, this is not just a thought living inside your head, but something you’ve told others about, that they can come back on you for. Knowing that others are watching to see if you succeed is quite a motivation.

• Secondly, you build in a network of support. It might come from what you think to be the most unlikely of sources, and you might really be surprised to find out who is paying attention and who cares about whether or not you succeed. More often than not, in my experience, the overwhelming response will be positive and supportive. And even when it’s not, it can motivate you to prove the naysayers wrong.

• Thirdly, going public with your goals makes them more real to you. Somehow, just telling others what your plans are makes them official in a way that keeping them to yourself does not.

The Courage To Try

Your first reaction might be to keep your financial plans and goals to yourself; you would certainly not be alone in doing that, but I encourage you to try going public. You really have little to lose and so much to gain, and you might just be surprised how empowering that simple move can be as you work toward building wealth this year.

A Better Way To Achieve A New Result

Tuesday, January 6th, 2009

Changing Odds

Among the big questions in wealth creation is, how do you elicit a new result? How do you finally achieve wealth when it has been so elusive before? What can tip the scales in your favor, make the big difference, and result, once and for all, in a life of financial freedom?

Changing The Odds

Many people have a hard time achieving wealth because they misunderstand why they have not been successful before. The party line is that to get ahead, you have to work harder. You have to be willing to put in more effort. That is almost true, but not quite.

More of the same misguided effort will not make you rich. You’ve heard it a thousand times…

“If that were true we’d all be rich by now…”

To live a different life, a financially free life, you have to put in effort that is capable of eliciting that change. In many cases, that does not even mean working harder, it means, as they also say, “working smarter.”

More Effort Vs. Different Effort

There are some elemental truths regarding wealth creation efforts:

• You do need to be willing to put in effort.
• You can expand on promising things you are involved in now.
• The same efforts that have resulted in minimal financial success in the past will only return the same results if all you do is keep doing them.

(This is only a partial list, so please do feel free to add to it in the comments below.)

There are many ways to consider this, but the fact remains that the answer is almost always not to just put in the effort, but to evaluate your efforts and put in the right kind of effort; that’s good news, because often times a different, more focused, more productive effort will actually free your time and resources, and make life easier. This is a great time of year to make that evaluation, and to decide if more of the same really has the potential to help you make money and achieve wealth this year.
