‘Sacrifice’ To Attract Wealth

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

Not everything we give up is really a sacrifice, as we talked about last time. Sometimes in life those ‘sacrifices’ are the best possible things that could happen for us. The benefits to giving up on fruitless efforts are huge, in more ways than you might have considered.

Always On Law Of Attraction

Just like the Internet, the Law of Attraction is an ‘always on’ force. It never stops working for you; it never stops attracting to you that which you put out into the world. Properly utilised, the Secret has the potential to be a hugely beneficial force for you. On the other hand, if you don’t pay attention to what you are attracting to you, it could also easily become one of the most destructive forces in your life.

Just to refresh, we attract to us the same things we put out into the world. If you put out stress, negativity, doubt, and need, you will get all of those things back to you. If you replace those thoughts and feelings with positivity, determination, motivation, wealth, action, and positive effort, those are the things that will come back to you.

Put in this perspective, you now need to consider that any negative or wasteful things that you give up are not sacrifices at all—they are more like culls in the herd of positive things that can work for you and attract wealth. By culling out those negative forces, you make room for the positives and open the space for the Law of Attraction to work positively for you.

As humans we tend not to like change, and so whenever we need to give something up we think of it as a sacrifice. Often, that is not really the case at all. Often we are just making room for positive replacements and improvements, and each time we do that we open up infinitely more possibilities than if we lived with the status quo.

Positive Objectivity

Saturday, July 4th, 2009

The last post may have sounded to some like we wealth creators live in a dreamland where we think all things are good, and we can just think our way to only good things happening in our lives. While that’s close to the truth, it’s not the case; so before we get too many critics offering up their opinions, let’s try to set the issue straight.

Being Objective AND Positive

Just because you reset your default setting to one of positivity and progress does not mean that you are living in a dream-world and just pretending that bad things and unfortunate strokes or set-backs do not happen. Indeed, these are all part of life. Setbacks will happen, as well as unfortunate circumstances that are beyond your control. It’s what you do in the face of adversity that matters.

You can still be positive and objective—one does not preclude the other. It’s true that smart investors, wealth creators, and businesspeople, or even just smart people, carefully weigh the choices at the crossroads of their lives and take an objective view before making solid decisions. But most people do this from the viewpoint of cynicism, and that’s where they go wrong.

Expect The Best

The point is not to invite trouble by always expecting the worst. You should expect positive things to happen and expect that you can make the best out of them. You need to invite in good things, progress, and success by going after it and choosing how you will view situations in life.

Whatever you go out looking for in life is exactly what you can expect to find. So if your default is to find trouble, no doubt you will; if your default is to find positivity and success, you can count on finding that, too. Be objective, but expect good things in life, and your life will be good as a result to be sure.

Set Your Own Defaults

Friday, July 3rd, 2009

We talk a lot about how we as humans end up with default settings for our attitudes and emotions. By the time you reach adulthood, often many of those defaults are on the side of negative. But you can reset your default settings so that you take the most productive actions possible.

Why Defaults Matter

correction2Default attitudes, reactions, and emotions matter because they dictate the actions that we take and the attitudes we cultivate—the mindsets that we live in. Many adults have automatic default settings of skepticism or cynicism, which makes us mistrust our own emotions and instincts, and even our own informed decisions. Too often, we just can’t believe in the simplicity of life and wealth, or the possibilities that are presented before us. We cannot even believe in our own ability to take control of our lives and create our own realities.

In the end, we spend too much time living lives of negativity. It becomes a chore just to think positively. On the other hand, if your default and belief system is one of positivity and productivity, then you cultivate those things in your life—whereas a cynical default setting cultivates more negativity.

Resetting Your Defaults

Resetting your defaults requires you to first evaluate what your “go-to” attitudes and opinions are, and then work to recognize them every time they become an issue. When you feel yourself automatically looking for the negative, remind yourself that there is positivity to be found, and that you should go there first. You need to look within yourself to determine why you act or react in the way that you do, and if there is real basis for it, or if you are simply reacting based on a negative default setting.

What it all comes down to is resetting your attitudes towards money and wealth, and giving yourself the capacity to succeed through a positive mindset of possibility. I assure you, life is a much more enjoyable thing when you believe in the good and possibility of life, rather than always assuming the worst.

Needed: Abundance Mentality

Saturday, June 13th, 2009

Let’s be clear. Although there are two types of mentality, there is only one that you want. Need!

Abundance Versus Scarcity Mentality

We discussed the difference between the two last week. You can go back to our post about the Abundance Mentality if you need a review or definition.

gold-unlimited1Now, many people mistakenly think that a scarcity mentality (in which they believe wealth is limited, finite, and there is not enough to go around) is the way to go. They figure that there is only so much wealth in the world, and so they have to grab as much as they can for themselves in order to be wealthy. Their success depends on your failure. What a sad, sad way to live!

If you understand the abundance mentality—and the Law of Attraction and wealth creation in general—then you understand this is entirely counterproductive. There is more than enough wealth to go around. New wealth is created each and every day. More would be created if people stopped living with a scarcity mentality and started believing in the wealth of life!

Breaking Down The Abundance Mentality

It’s all very simple, really (we like simple wealth creation, don’t we?). If you focus your mindset and energy in want and limitation, guess what you will have? Exactly. Want and limits.

If you focus your mindset and energy in abundance and wealth and positivity, guess what you will have? Good job, you’ve been listening! Abundance, wealth, and a life of positivity!

I have to admit that there are a relatively select few who have managed to make money and still maintain a scarcity mentality. Look at the statistics, though, and you’ll see just how few that has been. Considering that most people are subscribed to the scarcity mentality, I think it’s safe to say that that is a major reason why 96% end up dead or broke or relying on the government by the age of retirement…..all that aside, just think about this: how do you want to live when your wealth arrives?

A ‘Simple’ Reminder

Wednesday, June 10th, 2009

It’s been a while since we’ve talked about this, so it’s about time for a reminder (unless you’re new here, and in that case welcome!). The topic? The simplicity of wealth creation.

That’s So Simple!

“That’s so simple!”

mindIt’s what I hear time and again when I talk to people about what it takes to create wealth. They want to know the key, and I tell them—creating wealth is a simple matter of changing your mindset to one of positivity. If you want to be rich, you have to change your attitude and develop the millionaire mindset. You need to capitalize the Law of Attraction and attract positivity and success and money to you.

Simple, right? It really is.

You, Me, Everyone

Creating wealth and achieving financial freedom really is simple. It’s not a matter of how well educated you are or what you were given or how and where you grew up; it’s a matter of setting your mind to the task, focusing on positive wealth and what money can do for you, and stopping your negative, destructive ways of thinking (even those you don’t recognize you have).

I do not make this stuff up, folks. Absolutely every wealth expert will say the same thing: mindset and attitude are the keys to wealth creation. From historical figures like Wallace Wattles and Napoleon Hill to today’s experts like [Name Withheld], John Demartini, Anthony Robbins, and many more…this is the one thing they all agree on. Therefore, if you can develop that mindset, you can be rich and prosperous!

Something else you should note that is worthy of a reminder is that it does not take anything special to be able to do this—just a brain, and you all have that. Everyone has the potential to be rich, you just have to start developing that key wealthy mindset in earnest. Good news, and a great future ahead for you!
