We have always known there was more to life than
just working hard. We had our own business for some ten years, and
boy did we work hard. We had tried all sorts of investments, read
all the books, but without a mentor. Thank goodness we have never
stopped looking for more. After finding Jamie’s advertisement in the

From that, we immediately set up a line of
credit with our bank, re-valued our house (we already had a CMT with

next step for us, and the unique renting strategy will take care of

and it should settle in late January. Then it is $13,000 into the
Trust Fund as the first bucket. Balance should buy me 2,000 shares
and some left over to make myself a company. The money made from the
call options will be traded on the options market. All courses then

market and my target is to have one house every 6 months… I don’t

support you’ve delivered and the support far exceeds what you
promised at the 3-day… Let me explain, I work a 35 hour week (shift
work), on my days off, I’m out making things happen! This takes up
about 80% off my free time. The other 20% is broken up into R&R
and time with my girlfriend.
This may sound fairly intense for some
people, however consider that I now have 2 houses and 5 flats which
will be ready for tenants in about 9 months (they need a fair bit of
work), it should generate about $200K in equity (which I intend to

cashflow positive. Not bad from a standing start!… If all goes well,
I should be able to retire within 2 years (I’m 30 years old), all

special experience. You know I have been in and out of businesses
now for just on 15 years and have learnt heaps in that time, made

| In December, I wrote covered calls on shares and received

calls on all the shares and received approximately $6,300 in
premiums.

Already within the week so many wonderful things
have happened. We successfully increased our line of credit by
$20,000, applied for another loan of 15,000 and applied to the 21st
century finance for $50,000. We are set up with a wonderful
stockbroker who knew everything about covered calls. He informed me
today that his firm within the next two months will margin lend on
covered calls. $20,000 will lend up to 60 to 80 thousand depending
on the stock. This will fast track our covered call strategy and
will make us achieve our 90-day goal of 12,000 cash flow.
Set up
a direct debit account. Have arranged with 4 other couples on the
Gold Coast to meet this Saturday and then once a month to play cash
flow and help share and support each other in our goals and
strategies. We feel happy about our first two weeks out. God knows
what we will achieve by Christmas. Will be in touch. Once again a
very big and warm thank you.

| I have just experienced three of the most intense
but mind blowing days of my life. I came to the seminar with high
expectations, but went away with the greatest experience of my life.
You exceeded my expectations by 500%. I can only describe the
seminar as life changing. Just 3 days out from the seminar, I have

| Through joining the Academy, I have learnt the
value of money and have been taught that there is more to life than
working hard for your money “make it work for you”. I have started
off with nothing and can now say that I am well on my way to being
financially secure. I have for the very first time in my life a
savings account that actually has a balance. I have just purchased
my very first property with only $2,000 down and from this will
receive a return of minimum $50,000 within 12 months. The home loan
will also be paid off by putting a simple strategy into place of
writing covered calls. I have found a way to minimise my tax.
All this in just 2 months! And I have
just started! Finally I can see that I will live the life of my
dreams.

This is a long overdue thank you note following
the 3-day seminar in Brisbane earlier this year. At the start of the
course I said that I was looking to enter an “employer free zone”,
after suffering the effects of redundancy at the age of 52 and
realizing that my future security lay in my own hands, not those of
an impassionate and often greedy employer. By the end of the three
days, I knew that with what I had learned and with what I currently
had in assets, I could replace my income immediately… I have chosen
to stay at work while I am enjoying what I do, and also enjoying the
company of my workmates, but I know that should I choose to leave I
can, and the income will still be there.
After 35 years in the
finance industry, one tends to become a little conservative in
financial dealings, always looking at the worst-case scenario for
security reasons, so I have to bring about a huge change in mindset.
At the moment I’ve started conservatively, writing covered calls,
but making enough to pay for my beautiful BMW 318i with plenty left
over to pay the majority of my fixed commitments… leaving my pay
basically untouched. It has also allowed me to indulge my interest
in astronomy with the purchase of a computer-controlled telescope
without feeling guilty about spending the money. After a little
re-organisation of my real estate assets, I will free up more money
to generate more money, and then when it suits me, I will enter that
“employer free zone” …
