Sean Rasmussen from Universal Wealth Creation filmed these board breaking exercises with graduates of 21st Century Academy. The videos don't quite do it justice and makes it look a lot easier than it is. The main "FOCUS" is to concentrate and focus on the task ahead. The wooden board is hard Pine, 19mm thick and broken with a combination of Focus, Timing, Balance & Proper Breathing.
