Note: Type in your Business Name and ABN (Australian Business Number) if you have one.

THE INVOICE FIELDS:

QTY: Make this box "1" at this stage.
Item ID: Product code. This could be "JMHS" for Jamie McIntyre HomeStudy. Or "Bourse" if it is Bourse software. As long as you make us comprehend, we'll pay it.
Description: Please make this field the clients name i.e. "Joe Blogs". You will know this name through your email notifications.
Unit Price: I will normally provide you with the amount here. This will vary depending on the commission amount. Affiliates from Australia need to include 10% GST. This will be explained in further detail below. Non-Australian affiliates do not normally need to include tax when claiming their commissions from us on this form.

GST (Tax) Example (Australia): If the commission is AUD$600, then this is the easiest way to calculate a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax):

Commission: $600
GST (Tax): 600 divided by 11 (10%)= 54.54
AUD$600 less 10% GST = 600 minus 54.54 = 545.45

BACK TO THE INVOICE FIELDS:

Unit Price: 545.45 (on a $600 item)
Taxable: Tick the box
Tax(%): Type in "10"
Total: This should now equal $600 (Note: I will notify you of the amounts required)

Click "Continue"

PREVIEW INVOICE:

Ensure all details are correct, especially the currency i.e. US vs AUD (Australian Dollars).
If everything looks OK, then click "Send Invoice"

This is not as hard as it might look. Unfortunately, it looks complicated due to the taxmans effort.

We look forward to sending you some money. Have fun!
