Thank you for reading this third issue of my ezine.  It has been a while in the making and even now I am typing this close to midnight on a weekday.

How am I performing financially since doing Jamie McIntyre’s homestudy in January 2004 ?

This is an obvious question and not necessarily one that many people ask me. They are probably too polite.  If I sell a product and endorse it, I must be successful using the systems it teaches.

So far I have achieved this:

Consistent stockmarket income averaging around $4,000.00 per month.  This figure does vary.  For instance: One trade I closed this Monday collected over $7,500.00 for a $1,950.00 investment. Approximately a 380% return over a 3 week trade.  This trade brought my monthly average to a new level, but I cannot expect returns like that all of the time.  They are nice to get, though.

Adding 2 investment properties to my collection this year. It is worth noting that my collection prior to this was “Zero”.  One is positive cashflow and will actually put money in my pocket every week, Robert Kiyosaki style.

The ability to do something I love and be able to do this with a Passion!  I now recognize opportunity like never before and I know how to capitalise on it.

I have booked my 2 children into a school of my choice that I now can afford. They will be going to a school that I choose – because I can.  Not because I have to.  The ability to have that choice without having to budget for it is a great feeling.

Yesterday was a great day for me as I collected one of my rewards for a lot of hard work along the way.  A Mitsubishi Pajero Exceed 2005 model with all the bells and whistles that are available.

How Could I Afford That ?

Do you recall Jamie McIntyre’s strategy that involves selling your old car and buying shares with the money.  Then renting the shares out and paying for the lease of a brand new car with the income.

That’s what I am doing right now.  That’s how my 2005 model vehicle is paid for! Amazing how such a simple strategy can be so effective!
