Should I use a local share broker or an Australian Share
Broker for the unique share renting strategy and if so how do I find
one? |
| Answer: |
We strongly
suggest that you use an Australian share broker and with the
homestudy program you will receive access to our recommended share
brokers. We strongly recommend that you use them because:

They fully
understand the unique share renting strategy as they speak for the
Academy and work with our clients all the time.

They are
also investors themselves so they actually do the strategy as
well.

We make
them available to those clients who purchase the homestudy to
ensure every client is fully supported enough to implement the
strategies and for ongoing support. (21st Century Academy does not
receive any income from brokerage fees charged, thus our
recommendation is independent and unbiased.)

How much money does one require to make say $3,000 per month
for most months of the year in the current market conditions, i.e.
2004? |
| Answer: |
I.e. Assuming an average client has $60,000 available to buy
shares with (i.e. in savings or from a line of credit on a property,
home, existing shares or personal loan, etc.) then they can borrow
another $60,000 using a margin loan (actually could borrow more
however we only suggest to borrow no more than what you put in)
enabling them to now buy $120,000 worth of shares in total.
Assuming they buy say a
$12.00 share totalling 10,000 shares for $120,000 they could rent
them for say $0.30 each for the month, which would earn them $3,000
for the month. This will vary depending on the shares used, however
this example is based on a real life share as of March 2004. There
has been times in the market when the same number of shares has
produced double this amount, i.e. $6,000 per month however even
$3,000 per month in this example is still very profitable.

How does the 90 day 100% money back guarantee
work? |
| Answer: |
It's very simple. We say that if you don't believe that you
can profit by at least 10 times the course investment, i.e. ten
times $3,995 being nearly $40,000 or more profit then you have 90
days from when you order the homestudy to study it and if you don't
feel it's for you, simply inform us in writing inside the 90 day
period and return the program. Refunds are then processed within 30
days of receiving the program back.

How many people ask for a refund? |

We have a refund rate of approximately 7% to 8%, i.e. 92% to
93% of our clients never request a refund and anyone who has been
entitled to a refund has always received it no questions asked. This
is done to ensure you have no risk in getting started with the
program and can be guaranteed what the program promises can be done
in reality. |

Can I take a payment plan option? |

Yes. About 60% of our clients take the payment plan option as
it preserves their cashflow and works out at approximately $49 per
week (charged at $199 per month). Those who pay upfront in full
receive a significant discount, thus only pay the early bird rate of
$3,995 plus $45 postage and handling.

Can I use the unique renting strategy on the Singapore or New
Zealand Share Market and which Market is the best to
use? |

The unique renting strategy covered by Jamie McIntyre in
detail in the homestudy uses Australian shares as examples. However
you can rent shares in any share market that has a liquid options
market as long as it trades in US style Options.
You can do
it in the Singapore market, however we recommend you use the
Australian Share Market for the following reasons. For New Zealand
clients you simply will need to use the Australian market and not
even consider the New Zealand market as it isn't possible.
- It’s just as easy to use
the Australian share market as it is to use your local share
market (i.e. just one phone call a month to your broker so it
doesn't matter where they are).
- The Australian share
market will make you a lot more money than your local share market
for the unique renting strategy and your reason for doing the
strategy is to generate good monthly cashflow.
- You can use the U.S.
Share Market, however we highly recommend to start with the
Australian market due to the extra support we can provide and the
fact it's large enough and profitable enough to make more money
than you'll ever need. However once you become experienced with
the unique renting strategy you may consider using the U.S. market
however it is never necessary (i.e. Jamie McIntyre still only ever
uses the Australian Share market).
- The program is based on
using the Australian market so examples always refer to Australian
stocks.
- The Australian Options
market is the third largest in the world which means there is
generally very good liquidity for trading and it is considered the
second best in the world outside the U.S. share market.
- Time difference is quite
OK for both New Zealand and Asian Clients as the U.S. market it
isn't.
- Support - When you
purchase the homestudy program you get ongoing support from our
Australian Share brokers. You can have a share account application
and margin loan application (if you wish to borrow money) sent to
you free of charge once you receive your homestudy program and
they can implement the unique renting strategy for you. Remember
it's just one phone call a month to utilise the unique renting
strategy and our average clients can replace their income within
90 days of purchasing the homestudy and some within 30 days if
they wish to start straight away. However we suggest practising
for a couple of months.

on the Australian share market or the U.S. share market which anyone
in the world can easily access.

the mindset of a millionaire are applicable no matter where in the
world you live.
The property investing strategies vary from
country to country and the property strategies covered are
predominantly tailored to the Australian and New Zealand Property
Markets. However if you live outside these countries this is a good
insight to investing in these property markets as they represent
some of the best property markets in the world as an average person
can become rich in a reasonable short period of time from property,
i.e. 5 to 15 years.
However the principles for property
investing can be adapted to other property markets, especially the
UK and the United States. Other emerging property markets such as
Asia and Eastern Europe and Latin America can also provide great
property investing opportunities as well. |

Why does the course cost so much? |

Firstly, the cost of something is relative, i.e. is it
expensive or cheap to do the course if you learn how to make $2,000
to $5,000 per month or more for the rest of your life just from the

involved. However, for those requiring further training and

hesitate to invest into their own education and don’t expect to be
